Hand me the checkbook, Martha – I'm goin' in!

There will be a huge variety of gift baskets, adventures, and special treats in the silent auction – all shapes and sizes, something for every bidder. Here's a sneak-peek at some of the items that will be available.

    A DoveLewis Experience

$400 in Gift Certificates toward Food and Lodging at Driftwood Shores in Florence Oregon

Gift Certificate for two tickets for any 2011-12 Artists Rep Production

Note: Silent Auction participants must be present to win, because payment of their bid must be confirmed. When the gaming tables close at 10:00 pm, the Silent Auction winner names will be posted on an easel in the auction area. Winners should then visit the cashier and pay for their item before the raffle drawing. CLICK HERE to review how our Silent Auction will work.

    The Raffle

Many of our wonderful Animal Aid volunteers are creating themed gift-baskets that will be given away as raffle prizes. There will be something there for everyone! Among the offerings:

    • Back to School
    • Cat Lover
    • Cupcake Extravaganza
    • Old Fashioned Date Night
    • Spa Day at Home
    • Wine & Cheese On-the-Go
    • Petite Pampered Pooch
    • Gardener's Bucket

roll of ticketsHow Does the Raffle Work? Individual larger items, and beautifully bundled groups of smaller, related items are placed on tables, each with a jar in front of it. (Remember that for every $50 in casino scrip/chips you have accumulated at the end of the evening, you will get one raffle ticket.) All participants then put their tickets in the raffle jars of just those items that tickle their fancy. This way, when the raffle tickets are drawn for each prize, the pool of potential winners is limited to people who actually want that prize.

Raffle participants need not be present to win as long as they put their name and phone number or admission ticket number on the back of each raffle ticket so that we have a way to notify them that they won a prize. If an absentee name is called we will phone the winner the following week to come to the office to claim the prize.
