How can I help!
Every donation, no matter the amount, helps save a life. Many folks would not be able to keep their companion pet if not for your generosity.
Funds raised subsidize female spay surgeries. Veterinarians and their staff donate their services and receive a $25 subsidy for the high cost of performing spay surgeries.
There are lots of ways to get involved!
- Support this event with a donation
- Help us spread the word
- Get your Vet involved
- Become a corporate sponsor
1. Support this event with a donation!
To cover the additional expense of spays, we need donations. As more funds become available for this program, the more spays/neuters can be performed. Every $25 you donate means one more cat can be helped, so please consider making a tax-deductible contribution in one of two easy ways:

Also, if you would like to donate in honor/memory of someone, we will send the acknowledgment card and certificate of sponsorship to them if the donation is $25 or more.
2. Help us spread the word!
You can help us reach not only potential clients, but also potential donors. Here are two downloadable flyers that explain to each target audience what's going on:
The Client flyer should be posted in economically challenged areas Some successful posting locations from past years include, laundry mats, apartment complexes, trailer parks, libraries, grocery stores, etc. |
The Donor flyer is appropriate for posting in pet supply stores, libraries and other animal and environmentally-friendly locations – wherever you think a potential donor will see it. |

3. Get your Vet involved
Contact your vet and ask them to participate in the Tom & Mom Cat Special 2010. CLICK on the image at the right to download an invitation letter which clearly describes how they can help.
If they say they have already signed up, please thank them!
4. Become a corporate sponsor!
Your corporate support could make a significant impact on the number of pets
we can help.
If this sounds like your kind of community service opportunity, please contact
us at email spayday@spayoregon.org.
