| It’s hard to be a 15-year-old, declawed cat and suddenly find yourself as an outdoor-only kitty. Tango’s former family banished him from the home, and when one of our wonderful volunteers realized what had happened and that other cats were beating him up, she came to his rescue. She persuaded his family that this handsome Chocolate Point Siamese mix should come to Animal Aid where he would receive lots of love and care while waiting for a home to spend his retirement years. This affectionate guy starts purring when he sees a visitor coming and does a hearty flop-and-roll combo, and then reaches out with his paws. If you’re not paying enough attention to him, he will hold your hand and very gently nibble on your knuckles. Then he will rub his big head against your hand for a scratch or two. What a charming boy! Here’s a video of Tango relaxing. Cappuccino is in the background trying to see what’s going on. Here is a new video of Tango getting brushed. Tango is a large-size male whose estimated birth year is 1993. He is adopted, and is currently living with the adoptive family. Like all of our pets, Tango is current on all vaccinations, has been treated for parasites, and will be microchipped and neutered before going home with the adoptive family. | ||
