| Hi There! Cricket's my name. As you can imagine, I didn't have much say in my name. It was out of my control like a lot of things in my young life. Like living in a shelter is not my choice but it sure beats living on the street. I came here last year with my litter mates. Monty, my brother, and me are still waiting to go home. I've been told I'm a handsome guy with very silky soft black fur that makes me look like a miniature panther. I get a kick out of running around playing with my brother and will even play with Puff Daddy when he gets in the mood. Here I am relaxing. Here I am trying to take a nap with Benny walking over me! I sure miss him. Benny and his brother Blake were adopted a couple of weeks ago. We all grew up in the shelter together and they finally have their own family. I hope Monty and me get to go home next. I've never had a home or slept in a bed with my person. I hear that's the ultimate pleasure! I sure would like to know what it's like not to have to share everything with a bunch of other cats and be the love of someone's life. Is that you? Monty and I started a blog! If you want to read it, click here. Cricket is a medium-size male whose estimated birth year is 2009. He is adopted, and is currently living with the adoptive family. Like all of our pets, Cricket is current on all vaccinations, has been treated for parasites, and will be microchipped and neutered before going home with the adoptive family. | ||
