As you can see, I am a gorgeous (even if I do say so myself) long haired Calico. I came to Animal Aid from the Klamath Falls Humane Society before Valentine's Day in the hopes that someone needed some love for the special day, but I'm still waiting.

I decided to make the best of the time here by being ready to go home at a moments notice. I had a spa day a couple weeks ago with a brushing, nail trim and runway trim! I'm also brushing up on my wand toy skills. I've actually gotten out of my bed a few times to chase after that darn string.

It has been very difficult with the strange new home, smells, cats and people but you can see that I enjoy the petting now. Being a Lady, I am a bit reserved and am not one to crawl all over you begging for attention like some of the cats here. After all, I am a Lady, but that doesn't mean I don't want love and attention like any normal cat. A real ice breaker for me is a little wand toy action followed by a sniff of the hand before touching and when I lower my head you'll know I'm ready for a gentle pet. Before long I get elevator butt and then it's hard not follow that with a hardy flop and roll! I also enjoy relaxing.

Here are some new videos of me: Here I am watching the rain on a Saturday afternoon. And here I am trying to catch a mouse under the door. Got it!

I was born in 2007.

Lady is a large-size female whose estimated birth year is 2007. She is adoptable, and is currently living in the Cat Enrichment Center of our facility You can meet her during regular shelter hours or by arranging an appointment through our office – call 503-292-6628 option 3. Like all of our pets, Lady is current on all vaccinations, has been treated for parasites, and will be microchipped and spayed before going home with the adoptive family.

Please note: due to our screening preference to view the potential home and interview the prospective guardian, we rarely adopt out of our local Portland metro area and we never ship.
