Harriet, a lovely Lhasa Apso, wound up in a crowded county animal shelter. Her history is a mystery and she's not telling!

What we do know is that Harriet really likes people and follows her foster mom around the house. She's playful and enjoys throwing her toys around and shaking them. Although Harriet tolerates her foster mom's dog and cat she would really prefer to be your one and only. Besides, she will give you all the love and attention you can handle! She's an independent gal who really enjoys walkies and can help you stay healthy with daily walks. Her foster mom reports Harriet is really good about telling her when she needs to go potty--usually she gives a little bark and then she starts going through the house hurriedly, like she's on a mission. :-)What a good dog!

Harriet came to us with a dirty and matted coat and a recent 'spa' day revealed the lovely little lady she is underneath. Each day as Harriet develops trust with her foster family she's blossoming into a loving canine companion. Wouldn't you love to come home to a wagging tail and someone thrilled to see you? Harriet will do that and more!

Harriet is a small-size female whose estimated birth year is 2004. She is adopted, and is currently living with the adoptive family.
