Hi, I’m Gracie! I was found pregnant outside the home of a kind person took me in and helped me give birth. She found homes for my kittens and got me spayed and now I’m here at Animal Aid ready for a home of my own. I’m a smaller sized cat at about 8 lbs.

Once I trust you and know I’m safe I’m a real sweetheart, but I like things my way and wouldn’t be a good fit for a home with small children or other animals.

I had a little growth on my lip that the vet removed and sent out for testing. It was a gingival hyperplasia, which means it was caused by dental or peridontal disease (not cancer). It might come back someday but to prevent that I should get regular dental cleanings.

Likes: I love play time! I love wet food! I love to get attention and am very sweet when we are buddies. I love food!

Dislikes: I would not do well with children or dogs since I can be nervous and swatty if I don’t like a situation.

Looking for: A patient and cat-experienced home that will give me time to readjust if I get scared during a transition.

My estimated birth date is 5/1/2019.

All of our animals are vaccinated, treated for parasites, microchipped, spayed or neutered, and cats are tested for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and feline leukemia virus (FeLv). All animals receive any necessary veterinary care (dentals, etc.) until the time of adoption.
