Paddy

Um hi…I’m Paddy. I’m a gentle and quiet guy who is very scared of the world currently. I like petting and will purr but I need a calm quiet home to feel safe. And I need to go home with bestie, Ronan. He’s the outgoing one and I’m the shy one. I’ve had some health issues in my young life but I’m getting better.

I came from a home with too many cats and that led to some of my health issues. I had a severe calicivirus infection, giardia, and general inflammation from that. I had really inflammed teeth and gums and most of my teeth were removed. I have a condition called pillowfoot which makes my paw pads kind of soft and swollen. That’s not a problem for me currently but needs to be monitored.  I’m doing so much better than when I came in to the shelter. I’m gaining weight and allowing more petting. I don’t have any medicine anymore and everything keeps getting better and better.

We need a home with no other cats due to my past virus infection.

Ronan and I are available for adoption but are also in need of a foster home.

My estimated birthdate is 3/1/2021.
