Hi, I’m the reserved but darling Jordan. I am shy and hesitant, but I love petting. I am bonded to my best friend, India. We came from a shelter in eastern Oregon after spending more than a year there and not getting enough attention. We are in a foster home, so if you’d like to visit us, please fill out an adoption application.
I’ve had some dental disease in my past. The good news is I had all the bad teeth pulled already–everything except my canines, which look good. I can still eat dry food just fine, which is good because I sometimes prefer dry to wet.
Likes: I love gentle petting. I adore my friend, India, and we snuggle and play sometimes. I like the other cats too and will rub up against them. I love tummy rubs when I trust you. I love to play and race up and down hallways. I love a laser toy and bread bag ties. I like to hang out at the top of a cat tree and look out the window.
Dislikes: I don’t like loud noises or children. It takes me a while to warm up, and currently I’m the kind of cat who likes attention when I’m cozy in a bed snuggled up (I don’t like to be chased around or picked up). I wouldn’t like to live with dogs.
Looking for: A home for my best friend, India, and me that will give us time and patience to come out of our shells.
My estimated birth date is 3/1/2018.
All of our animals are vaccinated, treated for parasites, microchipped, spayed or neutered, and cats are tested for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and feline leukemia virus (FeLv). All animals receive any necessary veterinary care (dentals, etc.) until the time of adoption.
