A Little About Me: Umm, hi. I’m Tish. I’m a shy young cat who is currently in a foster home. I’m quiet and gentle, but kind of afraid of the world at times. I have a super cute tiny bobtail. I’m still learning that humans are fun and friendly, but I’m making great progress with that. I came to Animal Aid from another shelter in Pendleton where I had been for a while. I was hiding a lot and afraid of people. Now with some TLC in my foster home, I’m enjoying petting and playtime but still hide quite a bit. My eyes don’t bug out as much when a hand approaches me now, so my foster mom says that purrogress!
I’ve briefly been with other cats and I seemed to be fine with them. It’s unclear if I want a cat buddy, however.
Likes: I love a bed or box that I can hide in. I love a cat tree. I like to sleep in bed with my foster mom. I’m a night owl, and I love to explore the house when it’s quiet. I love the laser toy and other toys!
Dislikes: I don’t like noise or new situations. I want to feel safe and secure. I hate to be picked up, but if you carefully put me in your lap I will get super sweet as long as you keep petting me.
Looking for: A quiet, calm home with someone who has the patience to help me blossom. I don’t want to live with a dog or small children.
My estimated birth date is 6/1/20.
